Photography for your opening

Show guests what awaits them.

A focused shoot for cafés, restaurants and small hotels preparing to open. A clear, natural set of photographs for your website, business listings and launch communications.

What’s included

Up to two hours at one location

  • Up to two hours at one location.
  • A shot list agreed after reviewing photographs of the space.
  • Interiors, exterior views and details.
  • Up to two simple photographs of a table setting or prepared dish, within the agreed selection.
  • Up to 10 finished photographs; the exact number is agreed before booking.
  • Up to three selected photographs supplied in additional sizes for your website or social channels.

Your first images in two working days

  • I select and deliver three finished photographs within two working days of the shoot. You also receive a preview selection to choose the remaining images.
  • The remaining photographs are delivered within 7–10 working days of receiving your selection. The first three are included in the agreed total.

Preparing the space

  • We check readiness using photographs two working days before the shoot. We then confirm the areas we can photograph or agree a new date.
  • Basic colour, exposure, crop and perspective adjustments are included, along with up to 30 minutes of minor clean-up across the selection. One consolidated round of minor adjustments, taking up to 30 minutes, is included after delivery.

About

  • I’m Kostiantyn Zhytskyi, a commercial photographer based in Bruges, with 17 years of experience in photography and video and a background in UI/UX.
  • I help businesses show their spaces and events clearly and naturally. Before the shoot, we discuss where the photographs will appear, so the compositions and formats fit their use.
  • Available in Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels. Communication is primarily in English; Ukrainian and Russian are also available. I’m currently learning Dutch.

Booking and delivery

  • The published price covers the scope described above. Any additional work and travel expenses are agreed before booking.
  • For new clients, a 50% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due within 14 days after delivery. Returning clients can book with written confirmation and pay within 14 days after delivery.
  • Your gallery remains available for download for 90 days.

Image use and privacy

  • Included uses cover your own website, social media, newsletters, presentations and printed materials, plus supply to the press for coverage of your business. Paid advertising and use by other organisations are agreed separately.
  • Standard pricing includes agreed portfolio use of suitable images, subject to the necessary permissions. Publication can be delayed until an agreed date at no extra charge. A fully confidential commission carries a 30% supplement. These arrangements are confirmed before booking.

Terms

  • You get a reply within one working day. The gallery stays available for 90 days.
  • Whether you count as a returning client is confirmed by me, not by this form.
  • Sending this request is not a booking.
  • Rescheduling and cancellation follow the studio's standard terms (Master Offer v2); we go through them together before booking.

Anything beyond this package — extra hours, individual retouching, advertising or other services — needs an individual offer, so no price is shown for it here.
